Yesterday was the day of the big ocean birthday party. It went SWIMMINGLY.
Frances and I made velum-and-plastic-bag jellyfish.
Josh invented Pin-the-Arm-on-the-Octopus.

Valrhona chocolate wafers make ideal fish scales when cut in half.
Favors included these wild wind-up scuba divers, found at Pearl River for $1.50.
Decorations included this giant shark, procured from the Coney Island Aquarium by Sarah.
Adult snacks included butter-dipped radishes and pea-ricotta crostini.
Kid snacks included PB&J sandwiches of the sea and goldfish crackers.
Everyone had a pretty nice time.
