Dinner all the Time

Buy a baguette. Slice it up. Brush some olive oil on those slices. Toast 'em in the oven. Rub garlic all over them. Cover some of them with fluffy, fresh ricotta. Those ones, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lemon zest too, if you want to do it the way that Merrill does.

The rest - cover with thin slices of avocado, and salty roasted radish slices.
